CivilSpace ("we", "our") operates the civilspace.ai platform. This policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

What we collect

We collect the email address and name you provide at signup, documents you upload for processing (stored temporarily and deleted after the job completes), and usage activity (which products you used and how many tokens were consumed).

How we use it

Your documents are used solely to run the job you requested. We do not use your documents to train models. Account data is used to manage your token balance and send transactional emails.
